Georgia Saddler-Nation

Janitorial Team Leader

Georgia is known as a dependable Leader in the industry and has built numerous customers who rely on her to always deliver satisfactory work. With over 25 years in Supervisory roles with 11 years in Janitorial & maintenance Supervision, she brings to the team strong leadership skills and a no nonsense approach to business. Georgia’s affiliation with BSCAI & ISSA including major contracts she has worked, increased her knowledge of the business and can train staff in most aspects of DPMS Maintenance Services. All major Real Estate companies in the Cayman Islands knows Georgia and her abilities, so DPMS is in good hands and can rest assure that her projects are always delivered and supervised correctly. 

David Ewerse

Facilities Manager

David is a diverse staff member with a certified background in Facilities Management, Project Management, Solid Waste Management, Operations and Business Management. Having worked in many regions over the years, he gained most of his professional work ethics in the U.K. He has been in Management roles for over 29 years with the last 10 years in Grand Cayman. David believes your brain is a hard drive without any limitations to the capacity, so he is very strong on encouraging staff to research and educate themselves continuously.

When he started in Grand Cayman in 2009, he immediately set up a training room at the company where he was working to ensure all staff could have regular weekly training opportunities. His motto is, “If you do the job that you love, you will never work a day in your life” so all DPMS staff are carefully selected to ensure they can deliver the company’s mission when serving customers and contribute to the success of DPMS.

Supporting Staff

The operational team have all been carefully selected based on their various experiences, qualifications, flexibility, and willingness to be part of a growing team. They have to demonstrate their skills before being employed and character/security background checks is very important due to the corporate contracts that we service and to ensure peace of mind to homeowners where access to their homes is granted. Although we are willing to train new staff, the initial supporting team had to bring a lot of experience when the company started. Annually we will look to hire more staff as the business grows. DPMS’s intention is to ensure that Caymanians who are interested in our line of business are afforded the opportunity to gain employment, training, and exposure to the latest technology the industry has to offer.
