Our Mission
‘To transform the Property Management & Service industry through commitment, positive change and innovation that redefines the quality and consistency of service that clients expect from a property management company. To inspire trust through demonstrated dedication, honesty, integrity and transparency.’
Michaël Darchis
Operations Manager
Michaël Darchis has been the Operations Manager at Davenport since 2023 and oversees DPMS's Property Management department. Originally from France, he relocated to the Cayman Islands in 2014 and brings a solutions-oriented mindset to his role. With a background in information technology and experience managing businesses in tourism and retail, Michael combines a detail-focused approach with strong customer service. Known for his hands-on leadership style, he guides DPMS’s Property Management team, providing support and strategic direction to ensure consistent service standards and long-term asset performance. Outside of work, he is a scuba diver and active community volunteer, regularly supporting road bus shelter projects and beach clean-ups.
Georgia Saddler-Nation
Janitorial Team Leader
Georgia is recognised as a dependable leader in the industry and has built a loyal client base that relies on her to consistently deliver satisfactory work. With over 25 years in supervisory roles, including 11 years in janitorial and maintenance supervision, she brings strong leadership skills and a straightforward approach to business. Georgia’s affiliations with BSCAI & ISSA, along with the major contracts she has worked on, provide her with business knowledge, enabling her to train staff in most aspects of DPMS Maintenance Services. All major real estate companies in the Cayman Islands know Georgia and her abilities, so DPMS is in good hands and can rest assured that her projects are always delivered and supervised correctly.
Supporting Staff
The operational team has been carefully selected based on their varied experiences, qualifications, flexibility, and willingness to be part of a growing team. They have to demonstrate their skills before being employed, and character/security background checks are very important due to the corporate contracts we service and to ensure peace of mind for homeowners who grant access to their homes. Although we are willing to train new staff, the initial support team had to bring significant experience when the company started. Annually, we will look to hire more staff as the business grows. DPMS’s intention is to ensure that Caymanians interested in our line of business are afforded the opportunity to gain employment, training, and exposure to the latest technology the industry offers.
